What drives the price
- The artist's experience and how booked they are.
- The quality of pigments and needles.
- Whether the touch-up is included or charged separately.
- Location — the city centre always costs more.
Why the cheapest can end up the most expensive
Bad permanent makeup cannot simply be washed off. It is removed with a remover or laser over several sessions, which costs more than the original procedure plus months of waiting. When choosing an artist, look at healed work rather than at price: freshly done brows look good on everyone.
